Information I have indicates the present courthouse in Ft Worth was constructed in1893. It appears the first courthouse was completed after the Civil War and burned to the ground on March 29, 1876. The second courthouse was started January, 1877, and existed until 1893 when the third one was built. Kermit Rutledge
