Ruth Goose, your computer has a virus. I received an e-mail from your account with an attachment, "CoolProgs\Pretty Park.exe." My virus checker identified this as a worm virus. The way these things work, you probably didn't even try to send me anything. Please make sure your virus software is up-to-date, do a complete scan, and get someone to help you get rid of the virus if you need help.
