    3. Kermit, Thank you for answering my query. I know the area well, but did not know that Cool used to be called Red Mud. My grandparents lived in Mineral Wells in Palo Pinto County. I remember riding down the brick highway toward Weatherford. My grandparents used to go to a small Methodist Church called Holder's Chapel just outside of Cool. In fact, many of my ancestors are buried in the cemetery there. My gg grandfather DeBusk donated part of the land for the church and the cemetery. I have been trying to learn more about the Church and cemetery, but no one seems to know the story. Good luck in your search for your ancestors.
