The Fort Worth office of Vital records will not just let you see the birth records. Your best bet is to write the state to see if your ancestors had a delayed birth records. The birth records was not reported until after 1903 and then it would be doubtful to find a birth record until after 1930. Ask for a delayed birth records on your ancestor in Austin. Janna
