Copies of Confederate Pension applications from Texas are available from the Texas State Archives in Austin. I don't have the exact web site, but you can find it on most any of the Texas GenWeb county pages. You can e-mail your request, they send them to you with a minimum bill. It takes about 6 weeks but they do a very good job. I've gotten several this way. Jan
