I am looking for information on William Franklin Stephens b.1855 in Missouri? d. 1945. His second wife Lula Owens b. 1887 Mississippi? d. 1918. I have been able to go forward in time but I have not been able tofind out exactly where they were from. Is any one familiar with these people? Also Mary Elizabeth Moore Riggs b. 1875 Mississippi? d. 1945. Her father is listed as living with her at one time in Mineral Wells, he was Calvin Moore b. 1846 Mississippi? d. ? I have also been able to go forward with Elizabeth but have not been able to learn anything about the past. Is anyone familiar with these people?
