Hello Texas! I'm a new subscriber (from way up here in cold Ohio) with ancestors from Palo Pinto County. I'm hoping some of you may be able to assist my research (and I'd be happy to try to return the favor if SW Ohio's of any interest). My grandfather, Read N. WHITE, was born 16 August 1899 in Mingus, Tx., the son of Maxwell WHITE and Alice HALL. Read also had a brother, Doyle. Some time later (I'm not sure when) the family moved to Amarillo, and then El Paso. I'm looking for any information I can find about Maxwell WHITE, his brother, Herbert WHITE, his wife Alice HALL and their ancestors/descendents. Beyond their names, I don't know much at this point. I'd greatly appreciate your help.
