I've been unsuccessful in locating him. He was my great-great-grandfather and was supposedly a blacksmith in Mineral Wells. His daughter, Fanny (or Fannie), was my great-grandmother. She married William Freeman Johnson. Since William was born about 1892 in Alabama and my grandfather was born in 1910, Fanny would have been born around the same time (1890-1894) most likely. They should have been in Palo Pinto County at the time of the census. It's always possible that Robert went by another first or middle name as well I suppose, so if you don't have him listed maybe you could mention what other Evanses might be (if there aren't too many). Thanks so much. Tami Johnson Renner TEJRen@aol.com --part0_919055117_boundary--
