(1)Rosa Wells b. ?, d. abt 1899, (2) Ella b. March 15, 1873, d. April 30, 1955 Children of James & Rosa: Alburt Burton Majors (my grandfather) b. Jan. 13, 1893, d. Dec. 8, 1959. m. Icie Bernice Elders (b. June 1, 1896, d. Feb 10, 1968) Jewel Majors Lela Majors Ernie Majors Children of James & Ella: Dessie Majors Marseal Majors Burl Majors Cecil Majors b. Nov. 6, 1909, d. May 25, 1979 Parents of Icie Bernice Elders: Andrew Jackson Elders b. abt 1863 in AL, d. bef. 1939 in TX. m. Nancy Ann McCarthey (b. 1860, d. ?) Albert & Icie had 7 children (one of them my mother) and always lived in Palo Pinto Co. My mother and my brother were born in Mineral Wells. We lived there for about 6 yrs when I was very young. Pleasant Majors was given a pre-emption land grant somewhere near Grandbury on the Brazos River. I am told there is info on him in the Palo Pinto Library. Can anyone help? Cindi Lada Michigan
