Hello, I wrote a few weeks ago concerning the Sturdivant Cemetery and the grave of J F Webster listed in the inventory. http://www.rootsweb.com/~txpalopi/And_W.html Webster, J F (male) born about 1836, died 12 Sept. 1896 A cousin visited the cemetery and could not find this marker. I'm wondering now if maybe the stone has been broken or something the way the inventory reads. I guess my next question would be to ask if there was a newspaper in Palo Pinto in 1896 and if the obituary may have been recorded in it. Is there anyone who knows the answer to this question?
