Carole, Sorry that I don't have any information on your King or Boyd families, but Lone Cedar could be a town that has since disappeared. You may have to write to the county seat and ask, since I couldn't find that anywhere on the map. I just learned of three "towns" in a neighboring county here in Montana that are no longer there (not even a building). I was surprised since I have been on the road where these "towns" were many times, and these were towns that were there in the beginning of the 20th century.
