I have had no luck at all finding out more. I would be very grateful for any help, leads or suggestions. Looking for information about: Maxwell WHITE, who lived in/around Mingus, Palo Pinto County, Texas around 1899. I base this on the fact that my grandfather, Read WHITE was born in Mingus. Max had a brother named Herbert. Max married an Alice Hall (1869-ca.1944) and they had 2 children, Read N. (my grandfather, b. 1899), who ended up in Amarillo, then El Paso; and Doyle White. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Also, I found an old obit in my grandmother's things for a Jospeh Conway WHITE, so assume he was related. Thanks.
