    2. This is a "JUST IN CASE" - FYI: Free database search on http://www.Ancestry.com or www.ancestry.com/ancestry/search/3751.htm (please don't suggest I use the "blue line" of info so all one has to do it "click" on it - I do not prefer that route myself. Should this bother you, please delete the message - that is all you have to do) Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener, Ontario, German War Graves In the rear of the Woodland Cemetery in the City of Kitchener lies a special memorial section devoted to German prisoners of war who died during the First and Second World Wars. Those interred here were brought from 35 different locations throughout Canada to rest with other fallen comrades. This database is a collection of burial records for these men and includes the names of nearly 200. Researchers will find birth, death, and rank information. For researchers of German prisoners of war in Canada, this can be an illuminating collection of records.
