Christopher LINSCOMB was age 2 in the Orange County, TX 1860 census. His parents were John J. LINSCOMB (born 10-25-1827 in Louisiana) & Olivia YOUNG. His brothers & sister, Josephine, John & Harvey. Does anyone know where they moved to before the 1870 census? Roger Milam LINCECUM is buried in Bland Cemetery #1 with his wife in Orange. Roger was born 6-16-1894 died 5-2-1980. He married Bertha PEVETO. Roger was the son of Christopher LINCECUM & Nina COOK who died in Gonzales County, TX. Christopher was born in Orange in 1859. Bertha's PEVETO's grandmother was Rachael LINSCOMB, born in 1845. Rachael was John J.'s sister from my top paragraph. Can it be that LINCECUM and LINSCOMB are the same family? Roger married Mrs. Emandee NAQUIN in 6-15-1918 in Orange. Does anyone know their children's names? Thanks! Walter McLendon
