Richard BALLEW had Spanish land grant in what is now Orange County, Texas. His sister, Sinai, married John ENGLISH. He died in Hempstead County, Arkansas in 1821. Sinai may have remarried and may be buried in Orange County. Any information on these families would be appreciated. PAT SHIVELY ELMORE
