Hello. I am looking for any leads to the parents of my gggrandfather Allison Jeffcoat b.1840 in SC or Ga.He was in 17th Inf in Civil war.He had a brother named WES and a sister ELIZA (Elisha). Those two went to Jacksonville,Fla after the Civil War.Wes had 2 sons Joseph and Robert. Eliza married a -------Burke,That is all I know about those two. My Allison Jeffcoat married Cynthia Lindsey in 1866 in (Crenshaw)Coffee Co,AL.(Daughter of Jordan Lindsey and Elizabeth Ryles......They had 4 children:Samual b.1867(AL),Allie in 1869(Ga),Alfred, and Elizabeth. Cynthia died after 1875 and so did Alfred and Elizabeth. My Allison took Samuel and Allie and moved to Tyler,Co,TX. He married a Martha Middleton in 1881.Daughter of Elijah Middleton and Rhodie Ann Fain. They went on to have Frank,Becky,Annie,Larah,Martha,Jack,Rannie and Lou and 3 other infants that died..... 1.Samual Jeffcoat married Amanda Birtna Grissom 2.Allie Jeffcoat married Disis Eddings 3.Frank Jeffcoat married Nida Jenkins 4.Becky Jeffcoat married Robert Elkins 5.Annie Jeffcoat married ___Fisher 6.Larah Jeffcoat no info about her after 1906. 7.Martha Jeffcoat married Curtis Hollis 8.Rannie Jeffcoat married Thomas Warren 9.Lou Jeffcoat married Wil Caskey 10.Jack Jeffcoat married Gertie Marshall Any information regarding Jeffcoat,Thomas Warren would be appreciated.
