Sipole Port Arthur, Orange co., Dies Rites are Pending Port Arthur, Nov.23 -Calvin P. (Buddy) Sipole, 39, of the Central Hotel, died at 1:25 p.m. Saturday in the Veterans Hospital in Houston following a two month illness. Sipole was a lifelong Port Arthurian, and was employed at Jones Smokehouse. He was a World War 2 veteran,was awarded the Purple Heart, and was a member of the Veterans of Forein Wars and the Eagles. Survivors are two brothers, R. T. Sipole of Port Arthur and J. W. Sipole of Alexandria; a sister, Mrs. Joanne Cady of Vidor. Services will be announced by the Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home.
