Marshall and he is buried in the "Old" Chatfield Cemetery...there is a headstone there, but I do not know exactly where it is located....will have to asked a distant cousin...to my knowledge a Confederate marker is not there.... He was born Aug 12, 1825 in KY and died Jan 19, 1894 in Chatfield, TX. His wife Curicy Ann was born Nov 1832 in Walton Co GA and died between 1900/1903 in Navarro CO TX but her burial location is unknown to me...could be she is buried by her husband but there was a tornado that destroyed the church records and my grandparents home...so no known documents are available for where she is buried... He served one year and was released under the Constrict Act...since he was over 35 y/o. He joined in MS... I would like to thank all that responded with information. Thank you...
