When you get on the TX share data base be sure and check out the Sanborn maps. I have found the location of my greatgrand parents house and where their business was located in town in the early 1920s. (these maps are city maps, some as early as the late 1800s) The data base is only for Texas cities, but there were a couple of times when I used IE and AOL at the same time and I got different states. (just not the ones I needed) If you have a password from another state you can access that state.
