Lucinda b ca 1853 TX was married to a Franklin Cullen Peavy/Peavey and had several children. She then married his brother, Virgil Peavey. You can find them in the 1900 census for Little River co AR with several children, Melvin is one of them. But, Melvin is not Virgil's son, he is Franklin's son. Where did Lucinda die?
