    3. Wendy, I would appreciate anything you wish to share. The BERRY family is driving me nuts! :-) George W. Berry lived in Tenaha, Shelby county, TX many years. He had a hotel called the Berry House. When his wife Cora Alma Pettey Berry left him, he followed her to Nacogdoches. I think they were there a year or so, living separately, in the 1920's. Alma moved on to Port Arthur or Houston. I understand George moved to Crockett, then lived with his son (Will or Rufus?) in Abilene. He died in the 1930's, perhaps 1935. George evidently had a sister named Louisa J. Berry, around 4 years his junior, and they were somehow related to John F., Susan E. and Mary A. Johnson who lived in Cherino, Nacogdoches county, TX, at the time of the 1870 census. How they relate to each other I don't know. 1870 Cerino, Dist. No. 4, Nacogdoches, TX John F. Johnson, 57, farmer, b. GA ~1813 Susan E. Johnson, 30, b. AL ~1840 Mary A. Johnson, 18, b. GA ~1852 George W. Berry, 12, b. LA ~1858 Louisa J. Berry, 8, b. LA ~1862Thank you! Adrian
