Thanks, Pam, for the excellent explanation regarding this greatest of books on this County's history and people. Was thrilled when it was announced that there is to be a reprint - even many of us already have a copy. My late Mother's people (WALTERS/WHITAKER, etc.) are long standing families going back into the 1830s. Do hope many will be able to purchase this book and enjoy all the wonderful material there along with all the history that Mrs. Ericson has published. It makes for a great personal library for many.
