    3. Hi Cheryl, I just read this e-mail. I could not find several of my family in the SSDI. I had thier SS numbers from death certificates, funeral records, and Medical records. I copied and pasted a form letter from Ancestery.com and erased the person's name and info on the form and filled in my family members name and info and mailed it to myself. Then I printed it out and mailed it to the SS Dept along with my $7.00 check. I have never failed to get a copy of thier SS Aplication. Not all are on the SSDI, but they are in the SS records.
