Rebecca, I just write to the County Clerk in Center. I have gotten many things from them. I forget who the new clerk is. Peaches Conway used to be the clerk. I graduated high school with her. Just write to the County Clerk's Office, Center, Texas and tell them what you want. Sorry I don't have an address for you. Center is my home town!! I live in Bergheim(Hill Country close to Boerne)but my heart is in Center.
