Specifically I'd like to know if these families are in it (I'm clipping from my message): Rentfro, Banton, Linton, and Backstrom. Robert Byron Rentfro, son of Erasmus Darwin Rentfro and Catherine Banton, signed the Texas state constitution as the delegate from Montgomery county in 1875. He married Laura Backstrom Linton, daughter of William Nelson Linton and Eliza Backstrom, who also lived in Montgomery county. The Bantons were mostly in Walker county, but it never hurts to ask.
