They were married Oct 1913 in Wise Co. Per 1920 Census, James A, wife Hattie, son Emerson, dau Mildred lived Bowie City, Montague, James was a barber, James and Hattie along with Hattie's sister and mother are buried Waurika, Jefferson Co, Oklahoma. Green A and Ophelia were my 3rd great grandparents. As well in the 1920 Census is a Tom W Phillips also a barber, linking that with the 1900, 1910 census, I believe Tom and James were brothers and their Father was Richard B Phillips born 5 1863 in Kentucky and mother Caroline Lizzie, or Lizzie C, (both names from Census) from Missouri, Any help verifying this is correct parents for James Arthur, and anything else is apperciated.
