D. QUEENER, a young man, was shot and killed by his partner, GEORGE DILL, the combatants being the proprietors of the saloon. The difficulty grew out of some partnership matters. Both men were armed with six shooters and were locked up the saloon alone when the battle took place. Queener was shot through his body and died instantly. Dill was not injured. Queener came from Tennessee a short time ago and his body will be shipped there for burial tomorrow. Dill surrendered today to a deputy sheriff and claims that his act was justifiable.
