I want to order from the VA a marker for John Ritchie, a veteran of the Mexican American War, who is buried in the Montague Cemetery. As you may know, the marker is free, but I plan to pay the costs of installation. I need to know the name, address, and telephone number of the person authorized to accept delivery of the marker so that I might get in touch with them and make the necessary arrangements.
