Born in Garland, TX to (father) Benjamin Titus Davis, Sr, b: 17 Sep 182, Monongalia, WV and (mother) Lydia Jane Mills, b: 7 Apr 1836, Hamilton county, Kentucky/Ohio. After marriage to Elizabeth Anna Dowd and birth of Raymond Duncan Davis., he moved to Denton, TX to work in a cotton gin. No word where he died, or when, or where he lived at that time.
