    3. Looking for the family of ED CHAPMAN (b. Aug 1873 TN) and his wife EMMA (b. May 1875 TN) in either the 1900 or 1910 Census. This family should be living in Montague County, Texas - East part of Justice Precinct #2 - ED 91 (Farmland outside Saint Jo) This family was found in the 1920 Census living in Justice Precinct #2 - ED91. Any help in determining the family of this couple will be greatly appreciated. David

I have an uncle that is one of the sons of Perry Francis and Bertie Clara. He is Paul Yarbrough, married to Juanita Foster. Also her twin sister, Oneita, was married to another son of theirs, Aubrey Yarbrough. I was in Forestburg the first part of June doing research on my genealogy. My family was from Dewey, Forestburg, Bowie, and Montague. I am working on the Foster, Bowling, Wood side of the family right now.

I was just in Forestburg, Bowie, and Montague the first part of June doing research on my genealogy, but I do not know anyone by that name. My family is from these towns. I am sorry that I can't help you. If it had been for a lookup in the cemetery book, I could have. Good luck.

    3. Can someone please tell me where ED91, East Part of Justice Precinct # 2 was located during the 1920 Montague County, Texas census ? My great grandmother was living there during the 1920 census and I believe she might be buried in the same area. Any help you can give me will greatly assist me in searching the various cemeteries in that area. Thanks, David

Gregory came from Gregory, AR to Montague County, arriving on January 2, 1902. Two or three of their children died on the trip to Texas. A little girl died the night they arrived during a snowstorm. Crockett was my grandfather; he married Mattie Opal Thomas; they had ten children: Sonora G. Fenolgio, Lucy G. Johnson, Loree G. Herrin, Ruth G. Pittman, Clara G. Blackman; David C., William F. (my dad); Roy M., Raymond, and Virgil. I recall meeting Lizzie when I was a child; she lived in Missouri and came to visit.

    2. Hi, Will anyone do a census look-up for me for Wise &/or Montague Co? I need it for 1900, 1910, 1920, & 1930. The name is Nep(thly) Horiato Lynch Sr or Jr. Sr was married to a Maggie. I have a copy of this original journal plus the King family bible that William Henry King recorded the info in. Now Clifton Cardine contacted me a few years ago about publishing this journal. I was not aware that it was out. Where did you find it?     3. It is time to register for the upcoming Genealogy After Hours program NOW. The seats are limited, so please contact the library to register and send in you money. If you have access to a library of genealogical society, please make a poster to advertise the meeting. Barbara Rust, an archivist for the National Archives, will be the featured speaker at the fifth annual Genealogy After Hours program at the Emily Fowler Central Library in Denton. Topics to be covered are records available at the National Archives, the recently released 1930 census records, Indian records and naturalization records. The program, which is a joint presentation of the Denton County Genealogy Society and the Denton Public Library, will be held on July 12 from 6 to 10 p.m. There is a registration fee of $8.00 and pre-registration is required. Light refreshments will be served. The Emily Fowler Central Library is located at 502 Oakland in Denton. For more information, call 940-349-8570.
