Graveside services were held 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Sandy Grove Cemetery south of Milano with Rev. Douglas Springer and Pastor Roy Dillard officiating. Mrs. Coldiron, housewife, was born July 14, 1935 in Port Arthur to Felix Picard and Lona (Rheaux) Picard. She married Grady Coldiron Sr. on Sept. 9, 1956 in Galveston. Mrs. Coldiron was a resident of Milano since 1969. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Coldiron Sr. on Feb. 16, 2003; parents; sister Ethel Butaud; brother Lodias Picard. Survivors include four sons Grady “Peanut” Coldiron Jr. of Dime Box, Rodney Coldiron and wife Lisa of Milano, Ricky Lee Coldiron of Milano, Andy Wayne Coldiron of Galveston; two brothers, J. P. Picard and wife Lois of Newburg, OR, Howard Picard and wife Evangeline of Hitchcock; sisters-in-law Thresea Smith of Austin, Nellie Ryan of Milano, Frankie Hill of Milano and Audrey Lewis and husband Ray of Milano; 7 grandchildren, C.W. Coldiron, Cassie Keen, Crystal and Joshua Coldiron, Anna Gail Coldiron, Andrea and Almee Coldiron; 3 great-grandchildren, Austin and Ethan Keen, Jacob VonGonten; numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers include Peanut Coldiron, Rodney Coldiron, Ricky Coldiron, Andy Coldiron, C. W. Coldiron and Joshua Coldiron. Honorary pallbearers were Kevin Gage and Joshua Coldiron.
