A German boy, whose name cannot be learned, was stuck with a spent ball, but not badly wounded. A 41-calibur Colts pistol was the weapon used. Henry Moor, a young negro, surrendered to the officers. Justice Wells went to the scene of the difficulty and got the principal facts in the case and the names of the witnesses to tragedy and will finish the inquest proceedings at his office in Rockdale tomorrow.
