Can you tell me whether this is the Isaac Garner who was a son of Bradley Garner and Sarah Rachel Harmon Garner--ALSO a brother to David Hess Garner? If so, I believe that Isaac still has at least one relative in Rockdale by the name of Mildred Baker. She has done a lot of family research and might be able to help Joy Neeley with her project.
