May 22nd - Came this day Plaintiff by attorney and defendant having failed to appear and answer in this behalf but wholly default and the Court having appointed M. Martin, Esq., to represent said defendant and the attorneys having both announced ready for trial, therefore came a jury of good and lawful men, to wit: W. W. Pool and 11 others being duly empaneled and sworn upon their oath: “We the jury find the material facts set forth in the petition are true” - Therefore the bounds of matrimony heretofore existing between the Plaintiff Samuel W. Crout and the Defendant, Malinda C. Crout be and they are hereby dissolved and plaintiff pay all costs.
