Graveside service was held 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June 3 at the Salter Chapel Cemetery in Minerva with Rev. Willie Phillips and Emem Umem officiating. Mr. Wilcox was born Nov. 30, 1942 in Minerva to Robert Wilcox and Marzella Owens Wilcox. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Louis Vernon Miller; two sisters, Elenor Ruth Barnes and Vernell Pankey. Survivors include brother, Robert Junior Wilcox of Cameron; sister, Billie Jean Faggett of Longview; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
