My grandfather, James Stanley Beard (1914-present) had told me he had heard that Aldine Beard Jr. was pushed off a train while training for WWII. When I asked him about it this weekend he said that was all he knows. Barbara, I am looking for any information or pictures you may have of Aldine's ancestors (Aldine Beard Sr., his father and/or family; Campbell McCleary Beard, his grandfather and/or family; or Coleman Campbell Beard, his great-grandfather and/or family).
