(Hyman) Block. Mr. Block was one of the first settlers of Rockdale. He lived here from the starting of the town in 1874 until his wife died last summer, when he moved to Cleburn to live with his daughter, Mrs. Cammack. He will be buried here in the Jewish cemetery to-morrow.
