J.E. Lafferty officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery with American Legion graveside services. Mr. Dusek died Friday, Nov. 15, in a Rockdale nursing facility. He was born June 18, 1922, in Cameron and was a retired mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. Mr. Dusek was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Marines. He was a lifetime member of Edwin Hardy American Legion Post No. 9 of Cameron and a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2010 of Cameron. Mr. Dusek was a member of First Baptist Church in Cameron. Survivors are his wife, Dora Dusek of Cameron; a son, Kenneth Dusek of Cameron; a daughter, Linda Pollard and husband Phil of Rockdale; and a brother, Rev. Thomas Dusek of Cloud Croft, NM; also, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
