On Thursday of last week, between midnight and day, Sheriff Avriett was awakened and informed that Pendleton was at a house in the north part of Cameron. With Deputies Luce and Brashear, he proceeded to the hut and found the parties asleep. The handcuffed Pendleton and took him to jail.
