Billy Crow officiating. Mr. Scott died Sunday in Humble. Mr. Scott was born Nov. 9, 1959 in Belton to David Franklin Scott Sr. and Kathryn Connelly. He was a Baptist. Survivors were two daughters, Kara Scott Chmiel and husband James of Hearne and Kaci Scott of Cameron; mother, Kathryn Gee of Temple; brothers, Arch Gee of Temple, Howard Scott of Temple and Richard Rich of Alvin; sister, Geneva Carmichael and husband Bob of Temple.
