Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 19, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Glenn and Rev. Alan Wood officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Mullens, a homemaker, was born July 4, 1919 in Hastings, Oklahoma, to Alvin and Dread Rogie (Miller) Hibbitt. She was a member of New Beginnings Full Gospel Church. Her husband John Mullens and a sister Emma Barr preceded her in death. Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Mullens of Cameron and nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Assn. or to the American Cancer Society.
