Worth, died Oct. 3 at his residence. A graveside service was held Oct. 9 at the Dallas-Ft. Worth National Cemetery with the Rev. Harold Cook officiating. Cook, a grocery store butcher, was born to Dennis and Daisy (Calk) Cook on June 24, 1947 in McKinney. He was a US Army veteran. He is survived by his son Chance Cook; daughter Tammy Cook; brothers Harold Cook of Cameron, Bill Cook of Bastrop and Jerry Cook of Ft. Worth; and sisters Betty Lundy and Kay Cushman, both of Ft. Worth. Memorials may be made to the F.I.R.M. Area Baptist Missions Fund, 100 N. Central, Cameron TX 76520.
