Burial will be in New Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 22, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home. Mr. Bacy died Friday, April 15, in El Paso. He was born Feb. 24, 1934, in Lee County to Henry and Jennie Mae (Walton) Bacy. He married Ruth Howard. Mr. Bacy was a U.S. Army veteran. He worked as a heavy equipment technician for the Department of the Army. Survivors are his wife, Ruth Bacy of El Paso; a daughter, Tsa Bacy; a brother, Lawrence Bacy; and four sisters, Claudia Rosser, Lillian Jones, Johnnie Ruth Parker and Marion Stowers.
