Seelig, USAF, (Ret.), passed away November 26, 2004 at the age of 84. Born on October 31, 1920 in Thorndale, TX to the late Fredrich and Antonie Seelig. He served in the Air Force for 31 years. He then worked at the UT Health Science Center for 20 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Madelyn Seelig; daughter, Dolores Baker and husband Floyd; sons, Leonard Jr. and wife Bonnie, Donald Seelig and wife Trudy; brother, Felton; sisters, Clara Niemtschk and Eris Becker; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Visitation: 5:00 until 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at Sunset Funeral Home. Entombment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials to San Antonio Parkinson Association are invited by the family.
