Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale. Mrs. Ruiz died Tuesday at Richards Memorial Hospital in Rockdale. She was a homemaker and lived in Rockdale all of her life. Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Helen Ruiz and Martha and Mark Jeffcoat, all of Rockdale; two brothers, Luis Paniagua of Milano and Angel Paniagua of Florida; two sisters, Lupe Vasquez of Caldwell, and Rosa Garcia of Groesbeck; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
