Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1 at the Trinity Baptist Church in Lytle. Interment will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale. Survivors include his wife, Candyse Scott of Spring Branch; parents, Dan and Wanda L. Scott of Natalia; three sons, Robert Scott of Lytle, Brian Scott of Devine and Jason Scott Ogden of San Antonio; brother, Michael D. Scott of Devine; sister, Lisa J. Martin and husband Tony of Natalia; mother of his two sons, Betty Scott of Devine. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the Fire Department of your choice.
