I suspect Milam County, near Baileyville, but am not certain. They had a daughter, thought to be somewhat limited in her abilities, and this daughter had a little girl who probably would have been under five in 1900. I am not certain if there were other family members. I have no last name. This is a shot in the dark, but thought I'd put it out there.
