Surnames: Lawler Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/hkB.2ACE/8695.1 Message Board Post: J H Lawler is my gg grandfather this is what information I have on J P L On the 1870 Census she is shown as Jeannie age 7 On the 1880 census she is shown as Jane age 16 In the book 170 years of cemetery records she is listed as Carolina d/o of J H born 1864 I had someone take pictures of Lawler headstones in Minerva cemetery and he said it looked like Jeannie and the dates looked like born March 27 1864 died ---- 11, 18?? the date of birth is probably close as it fits with both the 1870 and 1880 census. The only problem is I can not find her with the family in 1860. If you receive other information please let me know. Any information on her maternal grandparents Aaron and Martha Ballew who are also buried in Minerva would be greatly appreciated. I know this is not much help but all I have.
