Virginia Rangel officiating. Mr. Rangel died Monday in a Temple nursing home. He was the son of Juanita Rangel and the late Juan Rangel of Cameron. Survivors are his wife, Olivia Rangel of Cameron; five children, Rosie Rangel of Cedar Park, Paula Rangel England of Cameron, Rudy Juan Rangel of Temple, Anthony Rangel of College Station and Ronny Rangel of Amarillo; a brother, Conrado Rangel of Temple; a sister, Amelia Garcia of Joliet, IL; also 13 grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Upper Room Bible Study Center, 303 N. Ninth St., Temple, TX 76501.
