Funeral services were held 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 21, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home with Brother Wayne Kirk officiating. Burial followed in Marlow Cemetery. Mrs. Witte, a homemaker, was born July 21, 1902 in Milam County to E.A. (Al) and Tommie Pearl (Hardwick) Henry. She was a member of the Marlow Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by husbands, Ernest Pratt and Johnnie Lee Witte; daughter, Margie McClaren; son, Stanley Pratt; granddaughter, Madeline Perrone and two sisters. Survivors include three sons, Wesley Pratt of Giddings, Truman Pratt of Cameron and Lee Roy Pratt of Cameron; a daughter, Bonnie Peel of Cameron; also, 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Marlow Baptist Church Building Fund.
